Arcot Connector RCM Import Use Cases For IM-RCM Integration
(1) Show direct links between IM users and account templates / roles
(2) Show indirect links between IM users and ArcotID/QnA
(3) Show direct links between Arcot account and ArcotID/QnA/OTP/ArcotOTP/Certificates
The Model.cfg shows:
· ARCOTRCM001 IM user is created directly via Arcot RCM Role, indirectly via Arcot RCM Template.
· ARCOTRCM001 IM user is indirectly assigned with active ArcotID and QnA credential.
· ARCOTRCM001 IM user is directly assigned with active OTP, ArcotOTP credential and RegFort certificates (these resources cannot be created via account template).
The Model_Detailed.cfg shows:
· ARCOTRCM001 Arcot account has active OTP, ArcotOTP credential and RegFort certificates.
The Model.cfg shows:
· ARCOTRCM002 IM user is created directly via Arcot RCM Role, indirectly via Arcot RCM Template.
· ARCOTRCM002 IM user is indirectly assigned with active ArcotID and QnA credential.
The Model_Detailed.cfg shows:
· ARCOTRCM001 Arcot account has no active OTP, ArcotOTP credential or RegFort certificate. The ArcotID and QnA credential has been disabled manually after the account is created via account template.
Arcot Connector RCM Import Use Case For SAJCS-RCM Integration
(1) Show direct links between Arcot account and ArcotID/QnA/OTP/ArcotOTP/Certificates (pretty much the same as Model_Detailed.cfg above)
Note:
ArcotID, QnA, OTP and ArcotOTP credential is considered as “active” when the status = Active.
RegFort certificate is considered as “active” when the status = Active/Marked To Revoke/Replaced/Reissued/Renewed (these are the state when the certificate is usable)
